POSITION SUMMARY
Lead PMU-side functional coordination for portals, digital platforms, MIS, integrations, dashboards and data governance. The role translates programme needs into functional requirements and works with system integrators, development agencies and designated IT/security teams to improve platform reliability, data quality and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own PMU-side functional coordination for digital platforms, portals, MIS, dashboards and reporting.
Document business, functional and reporting requirements and maintain the requirements register.
Coordinate enhancements, change requests and issue resolution with the system integrator or development agency.
Monitor user access, workflows, exceptions, pending transactions, system availability and reporting accuracy.
Coordinate API and approved external-system integrations, including payment/DBT, PFMS, GIS, RMS and related systems where applicable.
Plan and support UAT, release validation, defect tracking and closure.
Maintain data dictionaries, reporting definitions, validation rules and master-data requirements.
Monitor data completeness, consistency and quality and issue periodic data-quality reports.
Coordinate with designated IT and security teams on cybersecurity, privacy, access-control and least-privilege requirements.
Develop and maintain management dashboards for physical, financial, beneficiary, asset and milestone monitoring.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Education
B.E./B.Tech., MCA, M.Sc. in IT/Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital platforms, MIS, e-governance, application management or large IT programmes.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS
Work closely with Client, internal PMU colleagues and relevant state, utility, financial, vendor or technology stakeholders.
Maintain role-specific work plans, action trackers, deliverable calendars and supporting records.
Produce clear, accurate and decision-ready outputs within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Handle programme, beneficiary, financial, portal and stakeholder information confidentially and follow approved access and information-security requirements.
Undertake field travel and support urgent programme reviews when required by the assignment.
