About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to manage and grow high-value enterprise client relationships, drive account expansion, and strengthen account management processes.
The role requires strong consultative sales capabilities, executive-level stakeholder management, and an understanding of software and IT services delivery models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for account expansion and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and senior client stakeholders.
- Lead consultative discussions to understand client business operations, objectives, ROI expectations, and commercial requirements.
- Drive account growth through solution discussions and suitable commercial models.
- Manage account governance, forecasting, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Work with software delivery models, including Fixed-Price, Time and Materials (T&M), and Dedicated Teams.
- Manage and understand contractual frameworks, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Use CRM tools to manage account activities, pipeline visibility, and forecasting.
- Mentor junior account managers and help establish scalable account management processes.
- Support client relationships involving international clients, enterprise software delivery, AI/ML, and automation.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in account management or consultative sales within software and IT services.
- Proven experience growing enterprise accounts and driving account expansion.
- Strong experience managing C-suite relationships and senior client stakeholders.
- Excellent consultative discovery, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Understanding of business operations, ROI, and commercial models.
- Knowledge of Fixed-Price, T&M, and Dedicated Team delivery models.
- Familiarity with MSAs, SOWs, account forecasting, governance, and QBRs.
- Experience with CRM tools; HubSpot is preferred.
- Exposure to AI/ML, automation, or enterprise software delivery with international clients.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and develop scalable account management processes.
