The IFRS Foundation is a not-for-profit responsible for developing global accounting and sustainability disclosure standards, known as IFRS Standards.

Status: 12-month fixed-term contract, with an immediate start required to support the establishment of our new Geneva office

Location: Geneva

Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition

The IFRS Foundation is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that develops accounting and sustainability disclosure standards for the capital markets globally. Our standards help companies provide clear, comparable information so investors can make better-informed decisions.

With offices in Beijing, Frankfurt, London, Montreal, San Francisco and Tokyo, we are now adding Geneva. Expected to open in mid-2027, the new office will serve as the seat of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB), whose standards are in the process of being adopted in close to 50 jurisdictions.

You will join as our more detailed plans for the Geneva office take shape. As our Talent Acquisition Manager for the Geneva project, you will play a key part in building the team from the ground up - finding and welcoming the people who will shape how it works and how it connects with our teams around the world. It is a rare chance to combine the stability of an established, globally trusted institution with the energy and ownership of a growing start-up, as the IFRS Foundation enters this next chapter.
