En tant que Data Solution Engineer, vous serez responsable de l'optimisation et de l'évolution des pipelines de données, de la communication technique avec les équipes Customer Success et de la collaboration étroite avec le Product Manager et l'équipe de data science. Vous devez avoir 3 à 8 ans d'expérience en data engineering, être autonome, bon communicateur et à l'aise pour vulgariser des sujets techniques. Une expérience dans le retail est un plus.

Missions

Optimiser et faire évoluer les pipelines data (Python/Scala, Spark, BigQuery, GCP) qui font tourner notre solution en production.
Être l'interlocuteur technique des équipes Customer Success (et parfois des clients) sur des questions data et algorithmiques.
Diagnostiquer un incident pipeline, comprendre pourquoi ça a fail, et l'expliquer simplement à des interlocuteurs non-tech.

Profil recherché

* 3 à 8 ans d'expérience en data engineering

* Stack : Python (ou Scala), Spark, BigQuery, GCP (fort +)

* Autonome, bon communicant, à l'aise pour vulgariser des sujets techniques

* Une expérience dans le retail est un plus, sans être indispensable

* Des profils venant de structures à taille humaine, où l'autonomie et la polyvalence priment sur la spécialisation extrême
