The Centre boasts a diverse range of competencies that not only ensure the smooth operation of daily activities across the Group but also support the energy transition in the Baltic Sea region. We are involved with all the Group’s products, from solar parks to electric vehicle charging stations. Given the scope and variety of projects, our team includes specialists in multiple disciplines, such as law, IT, HR, communications, procurement, and more. Every colleague, regardless of their area of expertise, contributes to the development of energy independence in Lithuania and beyond, extending to neighboring countries.
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the CRM Development Team and help us take care of expanding our in-house software development capabilities.
We are using Microsoft platforms like Sharepoint (since 2010), Power Platform (since 2019) for a while. A lot of corporate applications were created to automate and manage multiple different business needs. We believe these products and platforms enable us to create corporate tools at a very fast pace and ease of use. We are looking for experienced people to lead us from a technical perspective. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Contributing to build solid corporate products and related information systems integrations
- Ensuring the Team creates Power Platform solutions that are easy to maintain, scale and develop further, refactor
- Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies (new features, capabilities, tools and so on)
- Working closely with team members designing and implementing product roadmap
- Supporting colleagues’ growth by performing code reviews, providing constructive challenges, and fostering a collaborative and friendly team environment
- Solving an incident and introducing relevant tools for fluent operations
- Advanced/Strong experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, related integrations, canvas and model driven apps, plugins
- Ability to work with Product Owner and break down business requirements into work items understanding the scope, complexity, performance, security and other aspects of Power Platform solutions development, strong experience in Power Platform administration area
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, C# .NET for integrations and back-end functionality, and JavaScript/TypeScript for enhanced UI experience, with the ability to expand this stack further
- Experience using DevOps tools and automations such as GitLab, JIRA, Confluence, and Azure Functions, with the ability to further develop and optimize their use
- Database knowledge, SQL skills for manipulating data, creating, altering tables
- Perform application design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation and have experience in full Software Development Life Cycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and improvements
