岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、服从大区项目经理日常工作安排，负责省区内项目的交付管理工作，落实执行计划，按时间节点合理有效完成产品交付及验收工作;

2、负责省区内售后运维工作的整体安排，编制区域售后运维方案和计划，把控日常运维工作的安全、质量、成本管理工作，并跟进每天、每周、每月、每季度的工作实际完成情况，对相应时间段内的运维概况进行梳理统计;

3、对省区内影响项目交付和售后运维的问题，及时协调相关资源推动解决;

4、协助大区经理定期做好省区客户关系维护，推动客户满意度提升;

5、配合公司质量部开展省区内产品交付和售后运维的质量核查工作;

6、负责省区内运维人员的技能培训工作和成果检查;

7、主动学习并掌握公司承接项目的技术规范要求，达到公司阶段性要求的技能水平;

8、协助配合营销、业主零差错完成演示保障及用户交流等事宜。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科及以上学历，计算机/自动化/机械/电子/通讯;

2、4年及以上自动化电气或智能化电气等行业项目管理经验，并主持过800万及其以上的项目建设或售后运维服务;

3、有消防行业工作经验的优先。
