1、负责项目的开发、生产、交付的全过程管理;

2、负责项目执行计划、进度控制、风险管控;

3、项目过程中的负责跨部门协调及问异常处理;

4、日常主持召开内外部会议;

5、项目开发过程中负责与客户对接和建立良好的沟通。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科以上学历，电子、计算机、管理等相关专业;

2、具备2年以上研发项目管理经验，熟悉机器人行业研发过程者优先;

3、熟悉项目管理相关技术（WBS、甘特图、网络图），及一种以上项目管理软件者优先考虑;

4、熟悉ISO9001、CMM1相关体系模型，有数据统计分析能力者优先考虑;

5、有PMP证书或敏捷开发项目管理经验优先;

6、责任心强，具有团队合作精神及良好的组织、协调能力;

7、具有较强的执行力和书面表达能力。
