iKnowHealth is the company behind evorad, the market-leading RIS/PACS platform, with over 400 facilities live across 12 countries and over 10 million studies processed per year. As a leading provider of software solutions for the healthcare and radiology industries, our mission is to improve clinical workflows, enhance access to medical information, and support healthcare professionals through innovative technology.
We are seeking an International Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team and accelerate our international expansion. As part of our International Commercial team, you will be responsible for expanding evorad® into international markets by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and managing relationships with healthcare organizations and technology partners.
The Role
This is a full-cycle business development role - you'll own the entire sales motion for a defined segment, from first outbound touch through signed contract. This role is foundational: the playbook you build now will directly shape how we ramp new territory-specific reps over the next 12 months.
You'll be targeting:
- Teleradiology groups looking for a CE-certified PACS with strong workflow optimization
- Diagnostic centers (including multi-site) that value fast integration and operational efficiency
- Small to mid-sized hospitals and clinics seeking a competitively priced, proven, scalable RIS/PACS solution
- Strategic Partners to accelerate our international expansion
Responsibilities
- Build and run scalable outbound campaigns (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing, cold outreach, event/conference follow-up) to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects across new markets
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured criteria (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) rather than demo interest alone
- Run product demos and manage the sales cycle end-to-end through to signed contract
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasting within the CRM system.
- Feed market intelligence back to the team - competitive positioning, pricing sensitivity, common objections, feature gaps you encounter in the field
- Design qualification frameworks, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts the wider team can use
- Represent evorad at relevant regional conferences and industry events as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience owning a full sales cycle (prospecting through close) - ideally in B2B SaaS, healthtech, or a comparable technical/consultative sale
- Hands-on, practical knowledge of modern outbound tooling and technique: sequencing platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, list-building, cadence design
- Experience with sales tech stack from high operating SaaS business (Clay, Hubspot, Lemlist etc)
- Comfortable learning technical/clinical product concepts (PACS, RIS, DICOM workflows, CE certification) - no prior radiology or medical imaging background required, but genuine curiosity about healthcare IT is important
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience selling into diagnostic imaging, radiology, hospital IT, or adjacent healthcare technology segments
- Experience selling in a regulated/certified product category (medical device, compliance software, etc.)
- Spanish or French language skills
Benefits
- An attractive salary package
- Private health insurance plan
- Career development and growth opportunities
- An amazing private & open-office workspace in Athens #LI-Hybrid
- Continuous training via personalized seminars
- Stable and enjoyable working environment
