Role Overview:
The Information Technology Trainee supports in administrative process in the IT area
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Yubikeys for employee access to the Success Factors system
- Deliver Yubikeys letters to employees.
- Documenting Yubikeys Inventory.
- Escalate issues in the 24H2 version installation
- Support users to install Windows version 24H2
- Support in the installation of PC images.
Critical Competencies for Success
- Still Studing the Business Administration Degree, International Business degree or similar
- 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th semester (a must)
- intermediate english level (desirable)
- Microsoft (word, power point, excel) skills
- Availability from 7 am to 3 pm, Monday thru Friday.
