Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer / Technical Lead with 6 - 9 years of strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale Java applications.
- Develop robust and scalable applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Implement database solutions using SQL and Hibernate.
- Design efficient database schemas and optimize data access and queries.
- Ensure application scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application and production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to iterative project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members where required.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 6 - 9 years of professional experience in Java Development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience in Microservices architecture.
- Good knowledge of SQL and Hibernate.
- Experience designing and developing scalable enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development principles.
- Proficiency in writing clean, efficient, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of application security and performance optimization.
Good to Have :
- Experience with any cloud platform, preferably AWS or GCP.
- Exposure to cloud-native application development.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech / B.E. from a reputed institution.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related specialization preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ideal Candidate :
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Java professional with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices, capable of taking ownership of backend development and contributing to technical design, architecture, code quality, and application performance.
