JAVA Backend Developer :

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 6-9 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and SQL databases, along with a solid understanding of software engineering best practices, system design, and cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance backend services using Java and SpringBoot.

- Build and maintain scalable Microservices-based applications.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.

- Design and optimize relational database schemas, queries, stored procedures, and transactions.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, QA, and Frontend developers.

- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when required.
