Role Overview :

We are seeking an accomplished Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex IT services programs spanning cloud, data, platform and enterprise application landscapes. This role carries end-to-end ownership of program outcomes, balancing hands-on delivery execution with strategic portfolio alignment across multiple concurrent engagements for internal stakeholders and external clients.

Program Leadership & Delivery :

- Own end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, cost and quality, consistently meeting client satisfaction and business outcome targets.

- Establish and govern Agile/hybrid program frameworks, metrics and tooling including Jira, executive dashboards and status reporting across concurrent workstreams.

- Provide oversight across multi-vendor, cross-geography teams, ensuring consistent delivery standards, accountability and execution discipline.

Product & Technical Ownership :

- Apply a product-development mindset to delivery, considering releases, technical debt, platform scalability and long-term maintainability.

- Partner with architects and engineering leads to understand system-design trade-offs across cloud infrastructure, data pipelines and integration architecture.

- Own technical roadmap alignment, ensuring program plans reflect engineering constraints such as CI/CD maturity, environment readiness, technical debt and microservice/platform dependencies.

- Drive quality-engineering practices including test automation coverage, release-readiness gates, defect leakage and production-stability metrics.

- Maintain working fluency across AWS/Azure/GCP, Snowflake/Databricks and integration/API layers.

Strategic & Portfolio Management :

- Drive strategic planning and portfolio prioritization, aligning programs with organizational goals and client transformation roadmaps.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and clients, translating business objectives into executable, outcome-driven roadmaps.

Financial & Commercial Governance :

- Own program budgeting, forecasting, revenue assurance and margin optimization.

- Oversee contract execution, including SOW compliance, change management and commercial negotiations.

Generative AI & Innovation:

- Define and drive enterprise adoption of Generative AI for program governance, predictive risk analysis and data-driven portfolio decisions.

- Evaluate and pilot AI-assisted engineering tools to improve delivery velocity and quality.

Required Experience & Competencies :

- 10+ years of experience in program management, IT services delivery, digital engineering or transformation programs.

- Demonstrated ownership of large, complex, multi-workstream programs involving enterprise technology platforms.

- Strong command of Agile/hybrid delivery, program governance, RAID management and executive reporting.

- Practical technical fluency across cloud, data platforms, APIs/integration, DevOps and modern software engineering practices.

- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior client and internal stakeholders.

Location & Work Environment : Impetus has engineering locations in India including Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai.
