作為華邦的馬來西亞招募專區_測試生產管理主管，你將規劃相關測試生產之產能、評估並引進測試生產設備，或協助建立OPC模型建立及光罩相關事宜。工作內容包含：

1、統籌馬來西亞測試廠整體生產運作與資源調度

2、制定生產目標並推動達成，確保生產效率與品質

3、領導跨部門協調，規劃並推動工作改善與生產效率提升專案

4、建立並落實標準作業流程與管理制度

5、培育及發展部門人才，建立當地管理團隊

6、負責與各部門溝通協調，確保營運方向一致

科系要求：工業工程相關 │ 資訊管理相關

相關經驗：10年以上
