1.測試廠電力、機械空調、消防、真空、製程冷卻水、壓縮乾燥空氣等系統之穩定運轉與管理。

2.持續不斷改善所負責之系統，符合公司品質政策。

3.提供並維持所負責之系統與環境合於法令的規定。

4.系統節能減碳永續發展。
