The Position
Are you a visionary creative strategist ready to sit at the intersection of strategic storytelling, digital innovation, and business impact? Join our team as a Senior Creative Strategist!
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for growing our creative capability, raising market awareness, and inspiring clients and prospects across the Southern Europe region (Spain, Italy, and Portugal). The position can be based in our Madrid, Milan, or Lisbon office.
You will blend strategic storytelling with creative excellence to showcase not just what creative looks good, but why it works, how it drives measurable results, and how Incubeta’s solutions fit into our clients' wider marketing mix.
Role and Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy & Innovation: Develop integrated, outcome-driven creative strategies tied to growth, engagement, and performance. Leverage AI and automation to deliver innovative concepts, ensuring Incubeta remains market-leading in creative solutions.
- Drive Commercial Growth: Manage commercial conversations and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Support the new business team by crafting winning pitch strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand our creative footprint.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the strategic voice in client conversations, framing creative recommendations around business impact, value creation, and data narratives for executive leadership.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Foster a team culture centered on curiosity, growth, and innovation. Mentor team members, support career progression, and collaborate with global creative experts to maintain high standards.
- Predictive Planning & Quality: Partner with Project Managers and Traffic teams to balance immediate delivery needs with long-term creative roadmaps, prioritizing high-return campaigns and delivering exceptional value.

Your profile
- Proven experience in creative strategy, digital advertising, or brand consultancy.
- Demonstrated track record of linking creative concepts to business outcomes, ROI, and commercial growth.
- Strong experience in business development, pitch strategy, and client relationship management.
- Deep understanding of integrated digital marketing, emerging tech (AI and automation), and creative execution across channels.
- Skilled at distilling complex data into executive-level messages for senior stakeholders.
- Languages : Perfect command of English, plus fluency in at least one of the regional languages (Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese).
