About the Role

We are looking for a Media Operations Director to own and elevate how Incubeta executes media across our US and Mexico markets.

Based in Mexico, you will work closely with the VP, Media and the media execution team to improve the quality, consistency, efficiency and scalability of media delivery.

This is a strategic and operational role focused on media excellence, processes and quality - not people management or client-facing account management. You will act as the custodian of media execution best practices, ensuring global standards are effectively adopted and adapted to the realities of the US and Mexico markets.

A key part of the role will be bringing hands-on experience working with US-based clients and a strong understanding of what sophisticated client expectations require from media execution.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Media Excellence

  • Own the quality standards for media execution across campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, reporting and account management.
  • Build and implement scalable QA frameworks and controls to identify issues before they reach clients.
  • Conduct regular audits across accounts and channels.
  • Identify recurring quality issues and address their root causes.
  • Establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement around delivery quality.

Media Operations & Process Improvement

  • Translate global media standards and platform best practices into practical playbooks, SOPs, workflows and controls.
  • Identify inefficiencies, execution risks and unnecessary complexity across media processes.
  • Standardize and simplify ways of working across accounts, teams and channels.
  • Partner with the VP, Media to prioritize and remove operational roadblocks.
  • Evaluate and implement new tools, automation and ways of working that improve efficiency, quality and scalability.
  • Keep operating standards current as platforms, technologies and client expectations evolve.

Platform & Market Expertise

  • Bring strong, hands-on experience across major media platforms, particularly Google Ads, DV360, CM360, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
  • Stay current with platform releases, policy changes and product updates.
  • Translate changes in media platforms into practical updates to internal processes and execution standards.
  • Bring first-hand knowledge of US client expectations into the team's operating standards.

US & Mexico Market Alignment

  • Establish consistent media execution standards across US and Mexico clients.
  • Ensure the Mexico-based execution team applies the same quality bar and level of rigor across both markets.
  • Support the VP, Media in communicating market-specific context and requirements to the execution team.
  • Act as the key connection between the Global Media Capability team and the media execution team in Mexico.

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience in media operations, media activation, paid media or digital media execution.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing and executing campaigns across major media platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, DV360, CM360 and social platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Proven experience working with US-based clients or within a US-focused media environment.
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, trafficking, optimization, reporting and media quality assurance.
  • Experience creating or implementing SOPs, playbooks, QA frameworks and operational processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and improve processes.
  • Experience driving operational change, automation or the adoption of new media technologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive change through collaboration rather than formal authority.
  • Strong English communication skills.

What Success Looks Like

In this role, success means creating a media execution environment where:

  • Deliverables consistently meet a high quality standard before reaching clients.
  • Errors and quality issues are identified and resolved proactively.
  • Media processes are standardized, scalable and continuously improving.
  • Global best practices are effectively adopted across the team.
  • Automation and technology are used to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
  • US and Mexico clients receive a consistent, high-quality standard of media execution.
  • The execution team takes greater ownership of quality and operational excellence.

Why Incubeta?

You will join a global, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where you can have a direct impact on how media is delivered across the Americas.

This is an opportunity to shape the standards, processes and operating model behind a growing media execution function, while working alongside senior media leadership and a global media capability team.
