The Opportunity

We are seeking an enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new logo acquisition and scale our enterprise practice. This role requires a consultative sales leader with deep professional services experience, a technical grounding in data engineering and AI, and proven expertise navigating complex Financial Services accounts (Tier-1 banks, Capital Markets, and Regional Banks/Credit Unions).

You will partner with C-suite executives to address their top AI adoption hurdles-from establishing AI governance and compliance guardrails to executing high-ROI agentic workflow transformations across back-office operations and customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Net-New Enterprise Prospecting: Build and execute strategic account plans to break into targeted Financial Services and enterprise institutions, mapping complex organizations to land new logos.

• Consultative & Solution Selling: Guide clients through their AI maturity lifecycle. Position complex, outcome-led consulting engagements spanning AI governance, custom developer platform modernization, and agentic process automation.

• Partner & Channel Co-Selling: Leverage strategic Data and AI partner ecosystems (Anthropic, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft) to generate joint pipeline and co-sell into target accounts.

• C-Suite & Regulatory Navigation: Partner with client engineering, architecture, and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements, security concerns, and risk management around AI deployment.

• Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead the complete commercial process-from strategic outreach and discovery to proposal drafting (SOWs/RFPs), negotiation, and closing multi-year transformations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Consulting Background: Proven track record selling professional, technical, or advisory services within a technology consultancy or services environment.

• Financial Services Expertise: Deep familiarity selling into Financial Services (Tier-1 Investment Banks, Capital Markets, Regional Banks, or Credit Unions).

• Technical Foundation: Background or strong working knowledge in Data Engineering, Software Architecture, or AI/ML solutions, enabling credible engagement with technical decision-makers (Chief Architects, VPs of Engineering).

• AI & Data Solution Selling: Experience selling outcome-based, complex transformation projects-such as enterprise AI governance, agentic workflows, software development lifecycle (SDLC) automation, or call center/operations modernizations.

• Channel & Partner Sales: Proven ability to co-sell alongside leading Data and AI technology partners to unlock warm intros and accelerate sales cycles.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $240,000. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for Sales Commission Bonuses. An individual's final salary offer will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, experience, specialized skills, and qualifications.
