Orientar o time de desenvolvimento Appian (Juniores, Plenos e Seniores), garantindo a aderência ao Appian Design Guidance, revisões de código (Code Review) e padrões de segurança e performance.

Experiência:

Experiência em conduzir o ciclo de vida do desenvolvimento de software utilizando metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban)

Atuação em conjunto com Product Owners e Scrum Masters na estimativa e priorização do backlog.

Traduzir requisitos operacionais e jornadas de processos em arquiteturas técnicas escaláveis e eficientes dentro da plataformaDesenhar e supervisionar a modelagem de dados, arquitetura de processos (BPMN 2.0) e integrações entre a plataforma Appian e sistemas Legados/APIs de terceiros.Promover a evolução técnica da equipe, resolver conflitos e fomentar um ambiente colaborativo e de alto desempenho.
