We are currently seeking a Support Application Analyst (L2/N2) to join a dynamic team responsible for the operational support of critical Front Office and Middle Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for business-critical applications.
• Investigate, qualify, and resolve application incidents.
• Gather and validate information from end users to support troubleshooting activities.
• Reproduce reported issues and document detailed replication steps.
• Perform root cause analysis across application, integration, and data layers.
• Collaborate with Development and Level 3 Support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain clear communication with business users and stakeholders throughout the incident lifecycle.

• Proven experience in Application Support (L2/N2) or Production Support.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
• SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for data investigation and validation.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy or similar ticketing tools.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Kibana, or ELK Stack.
• Understanding of application architectures, integrations, services, and data flows.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident & Problem Management).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent French (mandatory).

• Experience within banking, financial services, or insurance environments.
• Knowledge of middleware, batch processing, and application monitoring solutions.
• Experience supporting Front Office or Middle Office applications.
