Senior Engineer

Passionate about driving the validation of next-generation SoCs from pre-silicon to post-silicon stages? Join our Silicon Validation team and play a key role in bringing cutting-edge semiconductor products to life. You will work on ARM-based platforms, validate high-speed interfaces, debug complex system-level issues, and collaborate closely with design, architecture, and software teams to ensure product quality and performance.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Own and execute pre-silicon and post-silicon validationactivities for ARM-based SoCs and platforms.

• Develop, automate, and maintain validation frameworks using Python and C/C++/Embedded C.
• Create validation plans, test cases, and regression suites based on product specifications.
• Validate and debug high-speed interfaces and protocols including PCIe, USB, AXI, I2C, SPI, and UART.
• Perform system-level bring-up, functional validation, performance characterization, and issue triaging.
• Use lab equipment such as high-speed oscilloscopesand logic analyzersfor silicon debug and root-cause analysis.
• Work closely with Architecture, Design, Firmware, and Software teams to identify, debug, and resolve silicon and system-level issues.
• Analyze validation results, document findings, and drive issue resolution through product release.
• Contribute to improving validation methodologies, automation infrastructure, and test coverage.

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Silicon Validation, System Validation, or Platform Validation.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python and C/C++ or Embedded C.
• Solid understanding of ARM SoC architecture and embedded systems concepts.
• Experience working with high-speed interfaces and protocols such as PCIe, USB, AXI, I2C, SPI, and UART.
• Hands-on expertise with laboratory debugging tools, including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a structured approach to root-cause analysis.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams within a fast-paced semiconductor development environment.
