Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Provide and ensure the delivery of Learning & Development solutions that are directly linked to business results and strategic objectives
- Foster an environment where all employees are enabled with the necessary competencies, skills, and experiences to achieve their career goals
- Create and manage comprehensive frameworks for:
- Learning & Development pathways.
- Career progression and leadership development.
- Performance and competence management.
- Feedback tools and mechanisms.
- Design, launch, and manage global leadership development programs aimed at enhancing Leadership Excellence across the organization
- Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert for People Development topics. Provide guidance, coaching, and advisory support to HR Business Partners and Senior Business Leaders
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify development gaps and propose actionable development interventions.
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- 5+ Years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management, with a good working knowledge of current HR practices and trends
- Possession of a certification in psychometric assessments is a strong added advantage
- Proven track record of designing and delivering successful intervention programs that drive measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (M365) and AI-assisted tools like Copilot
- Strong experience with virtual engagement and collaboration platforms
- Ability to present data, concepts, and strategies visually and clearly
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Ability to articulate complex ideas and issues clearly and visually to diverse stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Demonstrates a positive attitude towards critique and feedback, using it to build and improve solutions
- Adept at working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining the ability to thrive in a global team environment. Strong problem-solving skills.
