Delivery Lead (EMEA)

Task

End-to-end delivery of multi-workstream programmes spanning multiple projects, vendors, and delivery teamsAccountability for programme scope and benefits realisation across the full programme lifecycleEscalation point for serious programme issues and programme recoveryDesign and enforcement of programme-level governance models, RAID processes, and reporting standardsFacilitation of steering committees with updates and recommendations to C-level stakeholdersBuilding and holding relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive sponsorsBusiness analysis at programme level including gathering and structuring high-level business requirements and strategic objectivesIdentification and management of cross-workstream dependenciesChallenging technical and commercial assumptions across workstreamsCommercial governance for the programme including Change Control, Change Orders, and milestone sign-offRepresentation of Infinite Lambda in demanding client conversations

Expectation

7+ years of experience leading complex, multi-workstream programmes with focus on data warehouse migration and/or AIConsulting background within data or technology consultanciesTrack record of accountability for troubled or at-risk programmes and successful recoveryBusiness analysis experience at strategic level translating executive-level business objectivesExtensive experience with agile methodologies at programme scaleStrong conceptual understanding of software engineering and data delivery principlesSignificant experience in business change and IT delivery at enterprise or large-account levelGravitas, credibility, and maturity to engage and influence C-level stakeholdersCommercial experience negotiating Change Orders and managing fixed-cost and T&M commercial modelsExperience managing multiple concurrent programmes or large single programme with several parallel workstreamsProficiency in programme and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, Trello)Strong business analysis toolkit at programme scale including requirements gathering, benefits mapping, process mapping, and senior stakeholder workshopsFamiliarity with a range of delivery methodologies and judgement to select and adapt per workstreamComfortable holding ultimate accountability including for issues not personally causedCalm and decisive under pressureCollaborative and positive approach to people with willingness to have difficult conversations earlyWillingness to take new directions and adapt to changing priorities at short noticeExceptional problem-solving, conflict resolution, and change management skillsAbility to structure complex, ambiguous programmes into clear workstream breakdown, dependency map, and governance modelAbility to orchestrate big picture across multiple workstreams while tracking important detailsServant leadership mindset to manage, motivate, inspire and support Project Managers and delivery teamsOutstanding communication skills calibrated for C-level and executive audiencesConsiderate, curious, positive, collaborative and supportive approach to people without shying away from hard conversationsProactivity regarding risk, issues and planningAbility to present complex technical and commercial concepts clearly to non-technical senior audiencesNatural problem-solving attitude, strong facilitation skills, and sound judgement under ambiguityProficiency in English

Working knowledge of SQL and data warehousing conceptsFamiliarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Omni, Sigma, Tableau, PowerBI)Formal programme management certification (e.g. MSP, PMI-PgMP) or equivalent hands-on experienceProven experience leading data warehousing and analytics programmes, preferably migrations, at enterprise scale
