This role is part of the Presales team and focuses on preparing and presenting Managed Print Services (MPS) proposals and solutions. You will work with customer print environment data, contribute to technical and commercial offers, and assist in RFP/RFQ responses and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and presentation of MPS proposals
• Collect and analyze data from customers’ existing print environments (device fleet, print volumes, usage trends)
• Assist in creating technical and commercial offers under the guidance of senior team members
• Support the costing of MPS contracts and printing services
• Participate in presentations of Printing, Imaging & Document Management solutions
• Enter, process, and analyze data in evaluation and reporting tools
• Collaborate with manufacturers, partners, and internal teams to shape integrated solutions
• Contribute to responses for RFPs, RFQs, and tenders
• Follow developments in printing, document management, and MPS technologies
• Support the creation of presentations and materials for customers and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Some experience or strong interest in Presales, Technical Support, IT, or Printing Solutions is an advantage
• Basic understanding of printing solutions and office technologies (printers, MFPs, scanners)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical thinking and comfort working with numerical data
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Team player with willingness to learn and develop professionally
