Role : CI/CD & Bitbucket Cloud Engineer

Location : Remote | Contractual Role (6 months)

Experience : 6+ years DevOps / Platform / Software Engineering

Bitbucket : 3+ years hands-on Bitbucket Cloud & Bitbucket Pipelines

Mandatory : Inactive UAN & LinkedIn Profile Required

Work Requirements :

- Minimum 4 hours overlap with US Eastern business hours

- Occasional Sunday deployment / maintenance support, generally 8 AM - 12 PM US Eastern

- Background screening and secure-workspace requirements

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer Bitbucket Cloud - workspaces, repositories, permissions, branch policies, webhooks, tokens and integrations.

- Design, develop and troubleshoot Bitbucket Pipelines, including runners, variables, credentials, artifacts, deployments and reusable workflows.

- Support Bamboo Data Center during transition, including plans, agents, Java Specs, credentials and upgrades.

- Migrate repositories and CI/CD workloads from on-premises to cloud while preserving history, permissions and pipeline functionality.

- Automate repository, pipeline, permissions and environment configurations using APIs / Configuration as Code.

- Integrate CI/CD with JFrog Artifactory, JFrog Xray / Advanced Security and SonarQube.

- Manage secret scanning, security gates, remediation and audit requirements.

- Integrate with Jira, Teams, Power Automate, AD / LDAP, secret management, monitoring and APIs.

- Work with Ansible Automation Platform for pipeline-triggered deployments and workflows.

- Support Windows Server and Linux / RHEL build, runner and deployment environments.

- Perform upgrades, migrations, production releases, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

- Maintain technical documentation and mentor engineers / teams.

Must-Have Skills :

- 6+ years in DevOps / Platform / Software Engineering

- 3+ years Bitbucket Cloud & Bitbucket Pipelines

- Enterprise CI/CD platform : Bamboo / Jenkins / Azure DevOps

- Windows Server + Linux / RHEL

- Strong PowerShell and Python

- Working knowledge of Shell, Java, YAML, JSON and REST APIs

- Enterprise security, change management, audit and production support experience

- Strong written / verbal English
