Step into a high-impact leadership role where you will shape enterprise technology strategy and guide large-scale transformation programs across cloud integration, conversational AI platforms, and modernized infrastructure. As a senior architect, you will partner closely with business and engineering leaders to translate complex needs into secure, scalable, and resilient architectures that accelerate delivery and improve customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Define end-to-end enterprise architecture across Conversational AI platforms, MuleSoft-based integration, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.
- Lead architecture discovery, target-state definition, and roadmap creation for multi-year modernization programs.
- Architect and govern Conversational AI platform capabilities including channel integration, orchestration, conversation flows, and enterprise-grade scalability.
- Design MuleSoft integration architectures (API-led connectivity) including system, process, and experience APIs aligned to enterprise standards.
- Establish integration patterns, reusable assets, and reference architectures to improve delivery speed and consistency.
- Drive infrastructure transformation architecture covering compute, storage, network, security, and operational readiness for modern platforms.
- Ensure non-functional requirements are met: performance, availability, resiliency, observability, compliance, and cost optimization.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple teams; review designs, guide implementation decisions, and resolve complex cross-domain issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business outcomes, delivery timelines, and risk management plans.
- Lead architecture governance through standards, design reviews, and decision records; ensure adherence across programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
- 15-20 years of overall experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering MuleSoft integration solutions in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong experience designing and governing Conversational AI platform architectures for enterprise use cases.
- Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure transformation initiatives, including modernization planning and operational readiness.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical architectures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience defining enterprise standards for API lifecycle management, integration governance, and reusable integration assets.
- Hands-on leadership in large-scale platform modernization programs with measurable outcomes in reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Experience with conversational AI platform enablement including enterprise integration, security controls, and scalability patterns.
- Strong ability to mentor architects and engineering teams, driving consistent architecture practices across portfolios.
- Experience leading architecture reviews, risk assessments, and technology decision-making across multiple stakeholders.
- Exposure to operating model design for platform teams, including support processes, SLAs, and continuous improvement practices.
