IT Operations Engineer (with IT Risk)
As a mid-level IT Operations Engineer, you will manage infrastructure and operating environments, respond to incidents, and improve system reliability through automation and continuous improvement.
You'll work across enterprise-scale platforms and collaborate with global teams to ensure our systems remain secure, available, and resilient.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Linux and Windows environments
- Supporting virtualized and containerized platforms
- Monitoring system performance and resolving incidents
- Automating operational tasks and improving efficiency
- Enhancing system reliability, availability, and scalability
- Supporting IT risk controls, audit evidence collection, and remediation activities
- Partnering with engineering, security, and architecture teams to strengthen operational processes

Required Skills
We're looking for professionals who are proactive, adaptable, and passionate about operational excellence.
Core Technical Skills
- Strong experience managing Linux and Windows systems
- Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or similar technologies
- Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
- Exposure to cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including DNS, firewalls, and load balancing
Engineering & Operations
- Scripting and automation experience using Python, Bash, Go, or similar technologies
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Git
- Configuration management experience using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability platforms including Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK
- Experience in incident and problem management
Essential Requirement
- Experience supporting IT risk controls, audit activities, compliance requirements, or remediation tracking
Nice to Have
- Database knowledge (SQL)
- Experience with disaster recovery and high-availability environments
