3.编制操作规程及工艺文件，并对一线人员进行培训指导;

4.配合研发团队完成新产品、新配方的中试及放大生产验证。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、学历专业：2027届全日制本科及以上学历，高分子材料与工程/化学/化工/橡胶加工/机械等相关专业;

2、综合素质：积极主动，具备良好的沟通协调能、逻辑思维能力、逻辑清晰，抗压能力强，责任心强。
