Full Stack Software Developer (Engineer / SeniorEngineer)

Role Overview

A full stack Engineer/Senior Engineer who designs, builds, and maintains both front-end and back-end components of cloud-based applications within a distributed, Agile engineering team.

Must-Have Skills and Experience

• Full-stack development: front-end + back-end, modern frameworks (Spring Boot, Node.js, Express)
• Languages: Kotlin, Java, Scala, Go, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Back-end: Spring Boot and similar modern frameworks
• Front-end: Angular, React, or another modern JavaScript framework
• Databases: NoSQL (Cassandra, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Spanner), RDBMS (MySQL, Postgres, Oracle)
• TDD/BDD, modern software testing methodologies
• Containerization (Docker), cloud deployment
• Auth/SSO: OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO
• AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) - code generation, review, debugging
• Prompt engineering, LLM-based coding assistants
• Agile, distributed-team collaboration, sprint planning & estimation

Good-to-Have Skills and Experience

• GitHub Actions, Helm, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform.
