Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of Data Engineering experience (designing, developing, optimizing enterprise data warehouse solutions).
• Advanced experience with Azure Databricks.
• Strong SQL Server experience (SQL development, performance tuning, data modeling, and warehouse design).
• Experience building and supporting data solutions within Marketing and Ecommerce.
• Proven ability to work as a senior individual contributor, writing production code, troubleshootingcomplex data issues, and delivering scalable data solutions.

Nice To Have Requirements:

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices using tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar deployment frameworks.
• Experience with IBM DataStage, particularly within data integration, ETL modernization, or migration initiatives.

Job Description:

This Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and data warehouse solutions using Azure Databricks and SQL Server. The role supports marketing analytics, customer insights, ecommerce reporting, and business intelligence initiatives by developing high-quality ETL/ELT processes and transforming complex data into trusted, business-ready datasets. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders while driving coding best practices, automation, and overall data platform performance.

Compensation:

10L – 30L INR /hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
