Junior NOC Technician

Open to Seychellois nationals only.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor the Intelvision network customer related services by using given monitoring tools in a 24/7 rota base operation and basic troubleshooting of services.
• Coordinate with relevant parties on any event of network/service outage and notify relevant internal teams and share progressive updates until issue resolve.
• Maintain records of incidents/outages.
• Engage Server rooms, Backbone Hub maintenance (Power, Servers, Network equipment’s and related cabling) when necessary.
• Engage on Corporate customer service issues troubleshooting and management of service outages remotely/onsite.
• Residential customer trouble ticket handling related to general service issues.
• Engage on any other NOC daily operations defined on NOC SOP or assigned by NOC Supervisor or Manager

Qualification

• Complete SIT Certification level on Telecommunication.
