Fomentar un ambiente colaborativo que impulse la mejora continua, la innovación y el crecimiento profesional del equipo, especialmente en el desarrollo de aplicaciones web empresariales con .NET y Angular. Lo que harás: Liderar técnicamente el desarrollo de aplicaciones web empresariales con .NET (ASP.NET Core) y Angular. Definir e implementar arquitecturas escalables, asegurando buenas prácticas y estándares de calidad (Microservicios, MVC, REST, Clean Architecture, etc.). Asegurar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos funcionales y técnicos, supervisando la calidad del código y las integraciones con servicios backend y APIs. Lo que necesitamos de ti: Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Software o carreras afines, experiencia mínima de 3 años liderando equipos de desarrollo, en roles como Líder de desarrollo, Líder Técnico, Coordinador de desarrollo o afines. Contar con conocimientos en lenguaje de programación .NET, experiencia en desarrollo frontend con Angular, conocimientos implementando arquitecturas tecnológicas (Microservicios, MVC, REST, Clean Architecture, etc.), fuertes conocimientos en AWS y arquitectura de Software. Detalles de la oferta: Salario: $11.700.340 Contrato: Indefinido Modalidad: 100% Presencial Bogotá en Torre Elemento Av. El Dorado 69-76 Torre 3 Horarios: 8:00am a 6:00pm de lunes a viernes.
