Are you an experienced technology professional looking for your next career opportunity? We are seeking a Senior Front End Developer to contribute to the development, delivery and strategic advancement of digital solutions.
What you'll do:
- Design, develop and maintain front-end components for web applications.
- Translate business requirements, user stories and design specifications into functional user interfaces.
- Develop and maintain applications using React, JavaScript, jQuery and Bootstrap.
- Integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs.
- Ensure responsive design, usability, browser compatibility and accessibility.
- Identify and resolve front-end defects, performance issues and technical challenges.
- Participate in code reviews and promote reusable, maintainable and well-structured code.
- Collaborate with business analysts, back-end developers, solution architects, testers and other stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, development reviews and demonstrations, where applicable.
- Maintain technical documentation and support application deployment, testing and ongoing maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, NQF Level 6 qualification, or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
Your Expertise:
- At least six (6) years of experience developing web applications.
- At least five (5) years of front-end development experience.
- Knowledge and experience in:
- React.
- JavaScript.
- jQuery.
- Bootstrap.
- Experience developing and maintaining web-based applications.
