Что будете делать:
- Владеть сквозной доставкой для группы команд / домена: поток работы, ёмкость, релизы;
- Держать единый intake - задачи заходят только через приоритизированный бэклог;
- Планировать и защищать ёмкость команд (~80/20 - новая ценность vs. поддержка);
- Отвечать за релизный цикл: сборка релиза, регрессия, Go/No-Go по технической готовности;
- Снимать системные блокеры между dev, QA, DevOps, вендорами, внутренним контуром банка и регулятором;
- Управлять зависимостями между командами и системами;
- Вести delivery-метрики (time-to-production, предсказуемость релизов, cycle/lead time; Speed · Quality · SLA) и держать единый источник правды по статусу;
- Участвовать в квартальном PI Planning.
- Опыт в управлении IT-доставкой / delivery / release management от 3 лет;
- Понимание Agile (Scrum/Kanban), релизных процессов, CI/CD;
- Опыт кросс-командной координации и управления зависимостями;
- Уверенная работа с Jira; планирование capacity / velocity.
