Location : EMEA (Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, Greece)

Position Overview

The Change Management and Analytics Lead will join the Enterprise Pricing program within Corporate Finance. The scope of this program is to provide pricing guidance to offering leadership, go-to-market (GTM) teams, and staff responsible for quote development across all business units.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to serve as Change Management and Analytics Lead for the organization-wide deployment of a new pricing/quoting system (CPQ: Configure Price Quote). This role will be integral in the migration from legacy pricing methodologies to a unified, digital platform across all business units. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of operational leadership, change management expertise, and advanced analytical skills to drive both adoption and continuous improvement.

This role offers a distinctive opportunity to lead transformative changes while leveraging data-driven insights to shape the future of pricing within the organization. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about operational excellence and analytics, this is your team!

Key Responsibilities

Change Management: User Engagement & System Deployment

This portion of the role entails facilitating the transition of offerings and their associated users into the new CPQ system. This person will be the primary liaison between the offerings and the technical team responsible for configuring the system.

Lead System Deployment Change Management and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Spearhead the transition of all IQVIA offerings from decentralized pricing processes to a centralized new system
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption at scale. This includes tasks such as facilitating meetings with different types of audiences, consolidating and developing key messages for communication, track progress on defined tasks, follow-up on go-live activities, etc.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure alignment regarding deployment roadmap and facilitate smooth migration. This includes tasks such as collecting business feedback, cascading information to technical teams, participating in internal calls to voice and address business concerns, and summarizing tasks expected from business to manage expectations in a concise manner

Process Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current operational activities to recommend and implement improvements for streamlining deployment activities.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of transition efforts, providing actionable feedback to accelerate adoption and resolve roadblocks.

Analytics: Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

This portion of the role entails tracking and analyzing pricing performance of offerings and proactively proposing areas of improvement in any reporting area: data collection mechanisms, definition of new metrics, refinement of methodologies, proposal of actionable insights, feedback traceability…

Offering Performance Monitoring:

  • Coordinate with management to design and implement a performance monitoring program
  • In conjunction with centralized reporting teams, develop and maintain dashboards to establish mechanisms to enable effective tracking of offerings price performance
  • Liaise with key business stakeholders to identify baseline requirements as well as areas of improvement and integrate feedback via our Technical and/or our Pricing Advisor team

Actionable Insights:

  • Propose benchmarks for pricing effectiveness and automated alert systems to proactively flag deviations and risks
  • Analyze data to generate insights that inform strategic decisions, recommending and aligning with Pricing Advisors adjustments to pricing strategies to maximize business impact
  • Support the design and implementation of AI capabilities that will guide and influence pricing activities within the CPQ system based on the team’s analytical frameworks

Bug Identification & Resolution: identify defects and system issues, collaborating with technical teams to prioritize fixes and propose enhancements

Continuous Improvement:

  • Collect enhancement proposals through two main channels in an iterative manner:

Reactive: Establish feedback loops with users and stakeholders and provide mechanisms to collect their proposals

Proactive: Team sourced findings derived from reporting analysis via recurring analysis (i.e.: new metrics, refined visualizations, additional supporting capabilities, etc.)

  • Liaise with the technical teams to deploy proposed enhancements: communicate backlog of changes, align on priorities, ensure technical requirements are aligned with reporting goals and follow-up on deployment progress
  • Conduct internal testing of enhancements and facilitate User Acceptance Testing with selected stakeholders

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Proven experience in Program Operations, stakeholder management, large-scale change management projects, systems deployment, and business analytics (data management)
  • Knowledge of price development, deal structures, and/or commercial operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a professional business setting
  • Ability to present data to management in a concise and simplified manner
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Knowledge of AI tools (e.g., Copilot or ChatGPT) and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) to drive processes automation
  • Knowledge of or able to transition from a descriptive reporting capability to a prescriptive analytics capability
  • Trained in Lean practices (nice to have)
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities in highly ambiguous environments
  • Willing to “fail fast” and learn from mistakes while celebrating our successes
  • Ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities, projects, and tasks
  • Organized and detail-oriented in how you manage work and present deliverables
  • Ability to apply project management techniques to maintain accountability for self and monitor accountability for others’ contributions to your work
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written is a must

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of professional work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field. MBA preferred
  • Experience deploying at least two systems to a large group of diverse stakeholders in a global enterprise
  • Experience in managing and analyzing large data sets, and presenting results in a concise and insightful manner
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting role or in a cross-functional role
