Task

Translation of business requirements into KPIs, metrics and visualizationsBuilding and maintaining semantic and analytical data models on top of the data warehouseWriting and optimizing SQL queries, views and calculated measures for reporting use casesEnsuring accuracy, consistency and performance of reports and dashboardsCollaboration with data engineers to define data requirements and improve data qualityMonitoring report usage and performance, identifying issues and assisting in troubleshootingPreparation and maintenance of documentation of KPI definitions, metric logic and reporting processesDevelopment of strong understanding of the product for effective testing and contribution to its development from a business intelligence perspective

Strong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to present data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesWillingness to learn new technologies and adapt quicklyAbility to work both proactively and as part of a teamGood written and verbal communication skills in EnglishComfortable working in a client-facing role with communication to understand client needs and requirementsSolid knowledge of SQL and relational databasesWorking knowledge of Python for data analysisHands-on experience with at least one BI tool such as Superset, Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similarUnderstanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts such as star schema, fact and dimension tables2 - 3 years of related experienceBachelor's degree in an IT-related, economics or other quantitative field, or equivalent work experience

Experience with data transformation tools such as dbt or similarPrevious exposure to financial data, ERP systems or real estate dataExperience with AI technologies and their practical application in data analytics and BI
