Job Description

Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Noida, Gurugram

Mandatory Skills:

Angular Components & Design Patterns, Angular Reactive Forms, Angular Standalone Components, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, NgRx (State Management), RxJS (Reactive Programming), TypeScript, Jasmine, Angular 8+

Key Responsibilities

. Define and drive architecture for enterprise Angular application ecosystems and frontend engineering standards.

. Lead strategic technical decisions related to application modernization, framework selection, and cloud-native adoption.

. Drive consistency and scalability of UI across products and platforms.

. Establish UI standards, governance practices, reusable frameworks, and secure development guidelines across teams and projects.

. Leverage design trends, tools, and innovation to enhance UI capabilities.

. Lead strategic technical decisions related to Angular modernization and scalable frontend architecture.

. Drive implementation of non-functional requirements including scalability, observability, security, and disaster recovery.

. Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and modernization initiatives ensuring future-ready application ecosystems.

. Collaborate with leadership teams and enterprise architects to align engineering initiatives with organizational strategy.

. Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD automation, cloud-native engineering, and containerization practices.

. Identify technical risks and architectural gaps proactively while defining mitigation strategies for long-term platform stability.
