3 days onsite/2 days remote

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee project operations, drive business growth, and build long-term client relationships. This role requires strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, a proactive and responsive mindset, and a solid understanding of the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ongoing projects and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth and contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, gather feedback, and address issues in a timely manner.
- Develop customized solutions based on client needs and business requirements.
- Proactively manage client-related activities and ensure timely follow-through, including candidate submissions, interview coordination, client follow-ups, and other time-sensitive requests.
- Prepare monthly project resource timesheets and manage accounts receivable and payment follow-ups.
- Support negotiations related to MSAs, annual pricing adjustments, and other commercial agreements.
- Manage sales opportunities and support invoiceprocesses in Salesforce.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to support project execution, service quality, and profitability.
- Manage the team members supporting our clients and potentially other new business.
- Travel would be on a quarterly basis, but there may be additional travel depending on business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology, computer science, human resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience; experience in account management, project management, staffing, or the IT services industry is preferred.
- Candidates must be able to read and write fluently in Chinese to effectively support these clients and business needs.
- Candidates must be able to travel on a quarterly basis. There may be additional travel dependent on business needs.
- Must be able to overseeand manage team members supporting our clients, and potentially other new business opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong PowerPoint preparation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple fragmented, fast-moving tasks and priorities effectively, with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Professional, responsible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player with solid cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to travel as needed.
- Highly responsive and proactive, with the flexibility to support time-sensitive client needs when necessary
Primary Location Pay Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
