iSoftStone, Inc. is Seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to Join our Team!
*This is a Contract, Hybrid Role in the San Francisco, CA Area!*

We are seeking a seasoned project/program leader to drive operational, transformation, and cross-functional initiatives.The role focuses on improving scalability, efficiency, execution, and business processes, including process redesign, operating-model improvements, system implementations, and system upgrades.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of operational and transformation programs.
- Develop project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Manage project intake, prioritization, sequencing, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Track progress and provide concise status reporting to executives and stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate working sessions, decision forums, and executive readouts.
- Assess current-state processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes.
- Design and document future-state processes and operating models.
- Lead process redesign and workflow optimization.
- Support new system implementations and system upgrades.
- Drive organizational change, adoption, training, communications, and enablement.
- Measure post-implementation effectiveness and identify continuous-improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Seven+ years of project management experience.
- Experience leading operational, transformation, or process-improvement initiatives.
- Experience in retail, eCommerce, B2B, or B2C environments.
- Experience supporting Marketing Operations, Product Operations, Sales, or similar functions.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
- Advanced skills with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Lucidchart, and Dashboard and report development for executive-ready presentations and materials.
Pay rate: $120,000 to $140,000/year.
