1. 事業單位招募需求、策略之規劃、統籌及調整。

2. 招募需求確認、招募系統維護及審核、面談安排與進行、薪資談判與核敘、任用管理等。

3. 獨立執行招募活動及日常庶務規劃，例如面談導引及新人入職作業等。

4. 協助規劃及推動招募相關專案，例如校園招募及外部招募管道建置與維繫等。

5. 定期與事業單位管理階層進行招募匯報，說明各單位的招募趨勢動態，並提供相應的支援和建議。

6. 其他部門需求事項。

條件要求

1. 具備5年以上大型企業組織招募經驗或BP經驗，須能適應多元任務及快速變動的工作環境。

2. 須具備R&D、AM/PM等科技業職務之大量招募經驗。

3. 具海外招募經驗、海外流程溝通與串接經驗佳。
