1. 熟悉組裝製程流程與各站別作業，能針對製程異常進行分析與改善。

2. 具生產管理或現場工程相關經驗，能規劃產能與排程，確保交期與生產效率。

3. 具良好溝通與協調能力，能有效跨部門(研發、品保、採購、產線)合作並推動改善專案。

4. 能撰寫並維護製程文件(SOP、WI、作業標準書)，確保現場人員依標準作業執行。

5. 具問題分析與持續改善能力，能運用基本品質工具(如5Why、魚骨圖等)提升良率與降低不良率。

條件要求

薪資：月薪 TWD 30000 ~ 60000
