As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will be working for our client, a leader in enterprise digital solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving the technical strategy, governance, and long-term success of the ServiceNow platform, delivering innovative solutions that optimize workflows and elevate organizational efficiency.

O que vais fazer

Define and maintain the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform to ensure scalability and maintainability
Lead the design, configuration, and development of robust ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices
Review and validate technical designs, configurations, and custom developments to ensure upgrade readiness and platform stability
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators
Design complex workflows, Service Catalog items, integrations, and automations to meet business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
Oversee platform performance, security, reliability, and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Participate in platform roadmap planning and identify opportunities for leveraging new ServiceNow capabilities

O que é pedido

4+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and architecture
Strong expertise in ServiceNow design, configuration, and scripting
Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring teams
Knowledge of platform governance, upgrade management, and integrations
Fluent in English
Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role

Valorizado

Strong understanding of CMDB and platform security best practices is a significant plus
Certifications in ServiceNow (e.g., CIS, CSA)
Experience with platform performance optimization and complex workflows
