负责AI相关参考方案的开发和优化

帮助客户加速AI相关链路在各种场景中落地

探索和开发AI demo，充分挖掘硬件性能，展示软硬件能力

跟踪先进的AI模型应用(LLM/SD/MM等)

负责AI链路搭建和性能分析工具开发

负责各种算力卡在此芯平台适配，并开发和优化相应方案

任职要求 / Requirements

计算机，人工智能，电子相关专业本科以上学历; 硕士毕业2年，本科毕业4年以上工作经验;

熟悉C，C++，Java和Python语言

熟练掌握Pytorch，ONNX Runtime相关使用

熟练掌握Linux下常见的性能测试、剖析工具及优化方法;

具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与团队成员有效配合;

具有责任心，能够承担压力，有较强的执行力

熟悉以下个业务方向之一，具有相关芯片验证和驱动开发经验，优先录取

熟悉多媒体和图形图像相关的各种应用场景;

熟悉流行的CNN，RNN，LLM模型应用;

具有NPU / GPGPU / HPC性能分析和调优经验;

熟悉AI模型数据的前处理和后处理;

熟悉多媒体框架例如GStreamer，FFMPEG，OpenCV，V4L2，Codec2，libdrm等;

熟悉Linux和Android操作系统应用开发
