Associate Consultant
JOB SUMMARY
The Associate Consultant will lead defined workstreams under guidance across supply chain advisory and category management engagements. This roleis responsible foranalyzing complex data, developing recommendations, building client-ready storyboards, and supporting project execution with strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Client Delivery & Advisory
Foundational to intermediate level understanding of key supply chain and procurement concepts
Understand client's supply chain and procurement related problems and prepare recommendations
Lead supply chain advisory or category management programs under guidance
Leverage existing Jabil supply chainexpertiseto deliver strategic work
Lead strategy development for organizations or categories
Analyze & cleanse complex data sets andprovidemeaningful insights
Data Analysis, Storytelling & Technology
Independently perform analysis of complex data sets on MS-Excel
Create story board and present to mid-level client stakeholders
Leverage different supply chain technologies to deliver assignments
Prepare analytic dashboards using tools like Power BI
Perform market research toidentifytrends, benchmarks & best practices in the supply chain industry
Develop project plans using MS Project or Excel. Use CPM to highlight risks
Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Perform various analysis like SWOT, PESTLE,etcand six sigma methodologiesduring the course ofthe program
Build relationships with junior to mid-level client stakeholders
Adhere to project timelines as agreed with the leadership
High riskand issues to manager in case of deviation from project plan
