Logistics Manager

Our client is a global leader in high-performance automotive systems, operating a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Pluak Daeng, Rayong. They are seeking a Logistics Manager to take end-to-end ownership of plant logistics, material control, shop-floor production planning and warehouse operations. Reporting to plant leadership, you will lead a dedicated local team, optimise inventory levels, manage 3PL carrier networks and ensure strict ERP data accuracy in a fast-paced Tier-1 automotive environment.Key Responsibilities

Direct plant material requirements planning, shop-floor line feeding and inventory control

Ensure 100% on-time delivery through effective outbound shipping management

Manage inbound and outbound logistics routes and container loading optimisation

Track 3PL performance scorecards to control freight and transit costs

Drive inventory turn optimisation and minimise excess and obsolete stock

Maintain 99% or higher inventory accuracy through disciplined cycle counting and auditing

Oversee daily shop-floor ERP and MRP transactions across Production Planning and Materials Management modules

Ensure compliance with BOI regulations, Free Zone rules and customs clearance protocols

Maintain compliance with international quality standards including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001

Lead, mentor and upskill the team across material planning, inventory control and warehouse operations

Spearhead Lean and continuous improvement projects including 5S, Kanban, pull systems and VA/VE

Reduce departmental OPEX and streamline plant material flow

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field

8 to 12 or more years of progressive supply chain, material planning and logistics leadership within Tier-1 automotive or high-precision industrial manufacturing plants

Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP (MM and PP) or QAD ERP systems

Advanced MS Excel and Power BI skills are preferred

Direct experience managing BOI privileges, Thai Customs regulations and Free Zone requirements

Solid working knowledge of automotive standards including IATF 16949, APQP and PPAP

Native Thai with good to fluent English, both written and spoken

Based in or easily commutable to the Rayong and Chonburi industrial corridor
