Ihre Aufgabengebiete:

  • Sie betreuen und entwickeln gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team unsere Server- und Rechenzentrumsinfrastruktur weiter
  • Sie stellen den stabilen Betrieb unserer zentralen IT-Systeme sicher (Server, Storage, Virtualisierung und Backup-Umgebungen)
  • Sie administrieren unsere Microsoft-365-Umgebung (u. a. Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams und SharePoint) und entwickeln diese weiter
  • Sie betreuen und optimieren unsere Netzwerkinfrastruktur (Switching, Routing, Standortvernetzung)
  • Sie überwachen Systeme, analysieren Störungen und sorgen für eine schnelle und nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung
  • Sie installieren, konfigurieren und warten Windows- und Linux-Server im Rechenzentrumsumfeld
  • Sie unterstützen bei IT-Projekten rund um Infrastruktur, Migrationen und Cloud-/Hybrid-Szenarien
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Security- und Infrastruktur-Teams zusammen, um einen stabilen und sicheren Betrieb zu gewährleisten
  • Sie bringen sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Architektur ein

Ihre Qualifikationen und persönliche Fähigkeiten:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Server- und Rechenzentrumsumgebungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft 365 und Cloud-Services (z. B. Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Netzwerktechnik (Switching, Routing, VPN, VLAN)
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung und Storage-Systemen (z. B. VMware, vSphere, SAN)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Windows- und/oder Linux-Servern
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führerschein Klasse B
