About the Role

The Partnerships & Sponsorship Lead will be responsible for building, managing, and growing strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that support Jeeny’s business and brand objectives. The role requires strong relationship management, negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills to identify opportunities, lead activations, evaluate performance, and ensure successful execution of partnerships and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities
• Identify new business opportunities, leads, and potential collaborations
• Lead partnership negotiations, execution, and relationship management
• Develop partnership proposals, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate activations, events, and collaborative campaigns with internal and external stakeholders
• Track and analyze partnership performance, ROI, and campaign impact
• Manage vendors, agencies, and partner communications professionally
• Ensure smooth execution, follow-up, and timely delivery of partnership activities
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management
• Support the marketing team with strategic collaboration opportunities that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, business development, or marketing
• Strong industry network and existing partner/vendor contacts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently manage projects and partnerships
• Experience in partnership lead generation, execution, and follow-up
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
• Ability to evaluate partnership performance, ROI, and business impact through data analysis
• Advanced skills in Excel, reporting, and performance tracking
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Experience in events, activations, and brand collaborations is a plus
• Creative thinking combined with a business and strategic mindset
