About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior BD Manager to lead business development across Jeeny for Business (J4B), Deliveries, Strategic partnerships, Ads, New Ventures, and Tenants in Jordan.

The role will manage the specialists across these areas, grow revenue and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the business development strategy, pipeline and revenue targets across all five areas.
• Lead, coach and manage the team, with clear targets and accountability.
• Identify and close opportunities with corporate clients, advertisers, agencies, delivery partners and potential tenants.
• Act as the main commercial contact for accounts with opportunities across multiple Jeeny services, coordinating outreach and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts, working with Commercial, Finance and Legal to ensure sound economics.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and develop existing accounts through renewals and cross-selling.
• Assess new ventures and tenant opportunities, developing business cases with clear revenue, margin and growth potential.
• Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure signed deals are launched and delivered successfully.
• Maintain an accurate CRM and report on pipeline, revenue, forecasts and deal progress.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales or commercial partnerships, including 3+ years managing a team.
• A proven track record of closing substantial deals and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong relationships in Jordan’s corporate market and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Experience across corporate services, advertising, logistics, mobility or digital platforms; exposure to multiple areas is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, account management and commercial planning skills.
• Ability to assess pricing, margins and business cases, and prioritize opportunities based on their value.
• Experience managing multiple business lines and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
• Based in Amman, with a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Success measures: Revenue and margin contribution, qualified pipeline, deal conversion, time to close, account growth and team performance.
