Project Description:
We’re looking for an IT Systems Administrator to own the day-to-day IT operations behind a fast-growing, distributed team. You’ll manage our SaaS and identity stack, keep our devices secure and compliant, and make sure every employee has what they need from their first day to their last.

Our client is an international Result-as-a-Service ecosystem for customer support outsourcing. The company brings together the right people, processes, and technology to help its clients reach their goals. The services cover customer support operations, omnichannel support, an AI support platform, help desk and technical support, Zendesk implementation, migration and audits, startup support, and back-office support.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in IT administration, IT operations, or a similar role
Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
Practical experience with Okta and/or Microsoft Entra ID (SSO, SCIM, MFA, conditional access)
Experience managing macOS devices with an MDM such as Jamf or Intune
Proven experience running onboarding and offboarding processes at scale
Service desk experience and a customer-focused approach to support
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication in English
Responsibilities:
Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365: users, groups, licenses, policies, security settings, and email configuration
Manage identity and access through Okta and/or Microsoft Entra ID, including SSO, MFA, provisioning, and access reviews
Deploy, configure, and secure macOS and Windows devices using Jamf and Intune: enrollment, configuration profiles, app deployment, patching, and compliance
Own onboarding and offboarding: account provisioning, device setup and shipping, access removal, and asset recovery
Run the internal service desk: handle tickets, troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues, and meet response and resolution targets
Maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and a knowledge base for common requests
Track hardware and software assets and SaaS licenses
Identify repetitive tasks and automate them to improve efficiency and the employee experience
Support security and compliance efforts across systems and devices
