Full - Stack Product Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Product Engineer who can build high-quality products while working closely with customers and clients. This is a customer-facing engineering role, not a traditional support or implementation position. You will understand customer requirements, convert business problems into technical solutions, and build complete projects and product features using modern frontend, backend, cloud, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate is a strong engineer who enjoys speaking with customers, solving open-ended problems, and taking projects from initial discussion to production deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
• Translate customer problems into practical product features and technical solutions.
• Design and build full-stack applications, integrations, dashboards, workflows, and internal tools.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js and Next.js .
• Develop customer-specific projects that can evolve into reusable product capabilities.
• Build integrations with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, AI models, and third-party APIs.
• Work with LLMs, AI agents, MCP servers, and emerging AI technologies.
• Own projects across requirement gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch improvements.
• Conduct technical discussions, solution demonstrations, and project updates with customers.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, security, and customer-facing teams.
• Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and production issues.
• Gather customer feedback and use it to improve JetStream's core platform.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, security, performance, and reliability.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in full-stack product development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience building modern frontend applications using React.js and Next.js .
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs, backend services, and system integrations.
• Good understanding of databases, application architecture, and distributed systems.
• Experience taking projects or features from idea to production.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Experience working directly with customers, clients, or business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and production deployments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving and high-ownership startup environment.

Good to Have:

• Experience building AI-powered applications or enterprise AI products.
• Knowledge of LLM APIs, AI agents, RAG systems, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and MCP-based integrations.
• Background in cybersecurity, identity, access management, or enterprise infrastructure.
• Experience developing proof of concepts or customised solutions for enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and cloud-native development.
• Experience with authentication technologies such as OAuth, SAML, SSO, and role-based access control.
• Understanding of observability, application monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience in an early-stage startup or customer-facing product engineering team.
• Ability to identify reusable product opportunities from customer-specific projects.
