Job Description:
Job Duck is seeking a creative and proactive Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant who is passionate about building strong visual brands and creating engaging digital content. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and organizing a complete brand identity before transitioning into ongoing marketing and social media support. You will create impactful visual assets, contribute innovative ideas, and help maintain a professional and consistent online presence across multiple channels. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys combining design expertise with marketing strategy and is comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects. - Compensation Range: 1,245 USD to 1,350 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support the development and implementation of a complete visual brand identity
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines
- Utilize AI and modern marketing tools to improve efficiency and content production
- Monitor social media performance and provide reporting insights
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital communications
- Recommend creative approaches and design improvements to strengthen brand visibility
- Design website graphics, banners, social media templates, and digital marketing materials
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and visual standards
- Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and online presence
- Stay current on design trends, social media trends, and marketing best practices
- Support website graphics and basic content updates
- Repurpose existing content into new visual formats and marketing assets
- Assist in planning, managing, and maintaining a social media content calendar
- Develop engaging graphics, promotional materials, educational content, and announcements
- Create, design, and schedule social media content across digital channels
- Create professional marketing collateral aligned with brand standards
- Develop color palettes, typography systems, imagery standards, and branded assets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand brand vision, target audience, positioning, and overall marketing objectives
Requirements:
- Remote position
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and ongoing marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of visual branding, brand consistency, and digital content creation
- Experience creating and managing content for social media platforms
- Experience developing marketing materials, branded assets, and promotional content
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and implement feedback effectively
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting
- Experience using AI powered design and marketing tools
- Preferred experience supporting professional services, legal, financial, or other professional brands
- Familiarity with website content updates and email marketing initiatives
